Work With Me
Ethically-Informed Physical Performance
When someone asks me what I do as a physical therapist, I always say this: I can help you overcome anything that is physically preventing you from living your best life. My practice is built on transparency and trust: I will not bullshit you, I will listen to your story, I will take your entire being into account when building your program: no cookie cutter treatments here.

I know that overcoming an injury or any physical ailment can be frustrating and confusing. You often feel alone, given very little answers and even crappier "solutions." One thing I pride myself on is that once you sign on as a client, you're stuck with me. You can email, text, or call with any questions or concerns you have and I will get back to you in a timely way: this is because I refuse to build a schedule where I am seeing upwards of 20-30 people a day like I experienced in corporate healthcare. Your progress is important to me, and I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who listens, empathizes, and works with you towards achieving your goals. No one slips through the cracks at NQPT!

I know navigating your pelvic floor (and overall) fitness is confusing AF: garbage at-home workouts that are either too hard or too easy, you're not sure what to do in the gym, you're not sure what to do at home, you're not sure how to reach your goals...you're not sure if any of this is even worth it.

Many clients come to me confused as to why they're still leaking or their core isn't getting any stronger or their pelvic floor is "broken" because they "workout all the time." Look, I'm never gonna bash a workout BUT if you're just going through the motions and not actually paying attention to what's happening in your body during an exercise program, this is where we can start to see precursors to things like leaking, prolapse, discomfort, etc.

And no one wants that!

Not many of us are privvy to what makes our core and pelvic floor tick, despite trying everything to get them strong and resilient. Which is why I wanted to offer a variety of programs in a variety of ways! Check out the Virtual Courses and Fitness Programs page to learn more about how you can start your pelvic floor/ fitness journey if 1:1 session are not in the cards for you right now!
